research: passage preparation filters (L126, no-go, source restored)

Pair overlap comes from per-segment bounds expanded by radius + 4.335 m route reach; two exact filters cut
floor-profile calls 20-23% but near-ready stayed +3..+11% vs L109 (within ~2% of L125).
