The owner's reframing idea: after local "find and fix the hot spot" rounds hit diminishing
returns, we asked Sol High, with no code and no file access, how it would build this project in
every better way. It recommends feature-rasterised sparse bricks (each feature stamps into the
bricks it touches instead of every sample searching for features), noise only in surface bands,
coarse LOD from finer data, a fixed-point determinism contract and deadline-driven collision-first
streaming.
The orchestrator's check against our code: 34 FMath::Sin/Cos calls sit on the generation path
(per-sample strata line/rib detail and passage/tunnel shape building). The MSVC C runtime switches
those to FMA3 implementations at runtime, so cross-machine bit-identity is not guaranteed. Not
changed yet; recorded for a deterministic replacement.
