Route resampled to ~1 m (310 -> 2,790 segments); open air writes a 0.75 m floor slab plus 1.0 m side walls, no roof. The 3D spline overshoots between planned route points, raising floor grades above 15 deg; a grade-limited variant left 2 unsupported samples on passage 0-1, and the shell/ ripple audits still model the old chord route.
